Preparation on the LotusGrill grid
First, rinse the turkey breast fillets briefly and dab dry with kitchen roll. Then cut the fillets into equally sized chunks and thread onto stainless steel or wooden skewers. Crush the garlic, chop the peppers into very small pieces, chop the coriander (if used). Thoroughly combine the garlic, peppers and coriander (if used) with the soy sauce, honey, oil, freshly squeezed lime juice and chili sauce (ideally with a small whisk) and season with salt and pepper. Now use the LotusGrill marinade brush to spread the marinade evenly over the chunks of meat, then leave the marinated meat to absorb the flavours for roughly 2 hours. Next, grill on the LotusGrill grid for a few minutes until the meat is golden brown.
