Our first cheese barbecuing tip: Meatballs filled with Edam cheese
Mix the minced meat with all the ingredients except the cheese. Shape into balls, fill with cheese cubes and then grill on the Lotus Grill.
Dish Number 2: Summery peach salad with feta cheese
Cut the peaches in half, place on the Lotus Grill and turn after 2-3 minutes until soft. Wash and dry mixed salad leaves of your choice and place in a bowl. Chop feta, cucumber, avocado and tomatoes and add. For the dressing, mix all the ingredients together and season with salt and pepper. Add peach to the salad and fold in the dressing.
And last but not least: Vegetarian sandwiches with barbecue cheese and vegetables
Cook barbecue cheese and vegetables on the Lotus Grill, then place in a flatbread spread with hummus or cocktail sauce.
