Peel and finely chop the garlic. Put the tomato sauce and the tomato paste together with sugar, honey, the cumin, some pepper and chili in a pot and stir well. Then let the whole mixture boil for about 30 minutes. Later add water, apple cider vinegar and Worcester sauce and mix well again. Let everything boil down for another 50 minutes, stirring regularly. Finally, season with salt and refrigerate for at least 10 hours.
